Eligibility: The scholarship is open to undergraduate students entering their junior or senior year or graduate students with an overall GPA of at least 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale)and demonstrated financial need. Students must be United States citizens and enrolled or accepted in an accredited United States college or university beginning with the 2008 fall term. .
