  • For off-campus positions, forms are available in the Financial Aid Office.
  • For Direct Deposit of your paycheck, complete the Direct Deposit Authorization Form.

  • Work study employers who wish to post a job should complete the Job Request Form and submit it to the Financial Aid Office.

Internet Crimes Against Children is looking for a graduate or undergraduate student to assist us with projects related to our federal grant-funded training program.  Duties include compiling course  evauation information.  Preparing materials for shipment to trainings.  Copying media (cd, dvd's) for training programs, and assisting with conference planning processes. General office duties such as answering and returning phone calls  and email messages, photocopying performing data entry and maintaining inventories will also be required. Position begins immediately. 10-15 hours/week Monday-Friday, schedule flexible. This position has the possibility for continuation through the summer and into next year. Minimum Requirements: Reliability is a must.  Good communication skills, both written and verbal including a personable telephone manner; good computer skills (knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint,  Excel and Acess desired).  Must be accurate and pay close attention to detail.  Must be mature and able to work independently.  Must possess the ability to prioritize tasks and effectively handle requests from multiple staff members.  Candidate must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with office staff and internal and external customers.

Families often seek individuals to provide in-home support and respite assistance for a few hours a week and/or month for their family member with a developmental disability. Some families want assistance in the home while others are looking for someone to provide supervision and support for their children to participate in community activities. Families will interview and hire and will provide any needed training specific to the needs of their children. Must be flexible to work with the specific responsibilities, work schedules will vary from family to family. Experience working with children, preferred experience working with children or adults with developmental disabilities, successful completion of related courses such as developmental disabilities, early childhood development, therapeutic services (OT, PT, Recreation, etc.), may be required to have a valid driver's license, vehicle and proof of insurance for some support situations, generally 10-20 hours per month, length of job is dependent upon successful match with family and their continued satisfaction.
